How to Order
We ship In-Stock merchandise within 3 to 7 days from date of order. To expedite overnight deliveries, call 617-367-8208 to confirm delivery times
All orders must contain a verifiable address and phone number. We will contact your bank for credit card number verification and no orders will be shipped that cannot be verified.
There is no standard shipping charges for orders over $100.00. 2nd Day and Express Shipment is available for an additional charge. Orders for glassware and breakable items will be charged shipping as charged by carrier. Insurance on these orders is recommended and not required. We cannot be responsible for items that are damaged in transit.
We ship Special Order merchandise within 3 to 4 weeks from date of order. We notify shoppers when something is out of stock or needs to be Special Ordered, and ask if the shopper is willing to wait the time required for delivery.

We stand behind our products completely. Exchanges or refunds are made within 30 days for returns received unused in the original packaging. If you are displeased with the performance of our products, please call (617-367-8208)or email us and we will work diligently with you to maintain your satisfaction and your business.
Unused merchandise in its original packaging can be returned for a Full Refund within 30 days of receiving order.
